Overview

The Partner Activation Manager will drive measurable growth by activating new partners, integrating Leap into partner workflows, and building operational systems that enhance referral flow and pipeline influence.

In Short

  • Build and execute activation plans for partnerships.
  • Ensure integration of Leap within partner platforms.
  • Partner with Sales and Consultant Relations on target accounts.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Develop onboarding and training materials for partners.
  • Clarify positioning and referral criteria for ease of understanding.
  • Run joint planning and performance reviews with partners.
  • Define and track KPIs for partner engagement and growth.
  • Identify and implement improvements in partner workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in partnerships or strategic account management.
  • Success in driving revenue impact through partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of how partnerships influence growth.
  • Experience with enterprise sales teams.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with experience in managing complex processes.
  • Data-driven with KPI assessment skills.
