In Short

• Perform technical discovery with prospective customers to uncover business challenges
• Solve problems and demonstrate value by architecting customer solutions
• Develop relationships with technical stakeholders during their evaluation of LeanIX
• Convey customer requirements to internal technical experts when necessary
• Successfully manage and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs)
• Build a community of technical resources at our partners that will sponsor LeanIX within the partner and their customer base

Requirements

• 7+ years of Enterprise level presales experience within B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with giving tailored software live demos to prospects, customers or partners
• Nice to have knowledge of EA or IT Service Management sales experience
• Ability to compile powerful PPT decks in minimal time and relevant content to the audience
• Nice to have previous presales experience with IT engineering and operations targeted personas
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Outstanding technical communication, presentation and relationship skills
• Passionate about solving problems with technology
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate great solution selling - Through storytelling and solution demos, help prospect to understand how LeanIX support digital transformation
• Fluent in English and Italian
