Overview

Lean Tech is seeking a dedicated Junior to Junior+ Service Desk Analyst to provide support and troubleshooting for our drivers, engaging with expansive engineering teams across Latin America and the United States.

In Short

  • Provide Tier 1 technical phone support for Professional Drivers.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Edge Connect Tablets and other driver-related tasks.
  • Perform password resets for internal users and Professional Drivers.
  • Accurately record and document tickets/requests using ServiceNow.
  • Process requests submitted through the self-service portal.
  • Provide Tier 1 application support for core platforms.
  • Engage additional support staff when needed.
  • Monitor service desk tickets and prioritize based on urgency.
  • Work in a rotating shift schedule.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in troubleshooting and providing phone support.
  • 6+ months of experience in customer support roles.
  • Availability to work any schedule, including rotating shifts.
  • A logistics background/experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to define problems and facilitate problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to accept change and handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end users and drivers.
