• Translate high-level solution designs into functional AWS data pipelines and services.
• Collaborate with an Onshore Data Architect on real-time data capture using Oracle GoldenGate.
• Develop containerized transformation microservices on AWS EKS.
• Design efficient NoSQL storage solutions in Apache Cassandra.
• Implement graph-based pipelines for Amazon Neptune clusters.
• Enable ad-hoc analytics via Amazon Athena on S3 data lakes.
• Automate deployments using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows using AWS CloudWatch.
• Ensure data quality and governance across all pipelines.
• Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of AWS data engineering experience.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and Java.
• Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data capture.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, specifically Apache Cassandra.
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Skills in CI/CD methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka for data parsing.
• Experience in data lake management using Amazon S3.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
