Leading Educators is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and visionary leader to help expand our impact as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO). This role is critical for scaling our work, securing resources, and positioning us as the premier professional learning provider for school systems nationwide.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of executive leadership experience in growth, fundraising, or business development.
  • Proven track record of securing multimillion-dollar funding.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading marketing and fundraising efforts.
  • Strong public presence with experience in thought leadership.
  • Data-driven approach using tools like Salesforce.
