Overview

The Nursing Clinical Quality Specialist for Telehealth is responsible for ensuring quality and patient experience through monitoring clinical interactions and supporting the Dedicated Care Line Team.

Requirements

  • Compact Multistate Nursing License required.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.
  • Three years experience in training clinical teams preferred.
  • Healthcare-related quality improvement experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year virtual care or telehealth experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Strong work ethic and ambition.
  • Ability to empower peers and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and innovation.
