• Experience with digital video and audio technical issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
• Willingness to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• 2-4 years experience working with digital video.
• Ability to troubleshoot video/system playback issues.
• Track record of responding quickly to issues.
• Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
