Overview

The Senior Director of Radiation Oncology and the Proton Center provides overall technical leadership and operational direction for Radiation Oncology across all technological modalities and network sites.

• Provide operational management of technical, fiscal, human, and information resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience in managing programs or departments.
• Experience in developing long-range business plans.
• Knowledge of radiation oncology principles and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and foster relationships.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality management programs.
• Demonstrated ability to improve departmental performance.
• PhD or relevant certifications preferred.
