Overview

The Onboarding & Communications Specialist will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional customer onboarding and adoption experiences, ensuring customers receive value from their solutions.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to create onboarding resources.
  • Engage customers through various initiatives for successful onboarding.
  • Manage customer communication and logistics for onboarding engagements.
  • Create impactful presentations with Onboarding Program Management.
  • Monitor and analyze data to assess engagement impact.
  • Develop and manage webinars and communication calendars.
  • Update Customer Success websites with relevant resources.
  • 3+ years’ experience in SaaS focusing on Onboarding or Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with project management abilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS environment focusing on Onboarding or Customer Success.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with leaders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong collaboration skills to promote ideas and secure support.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to create user-friendly customer-facing documentation.
  • Experience with Gainsight, Marketo, and Goldcast is a plus.
