Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to join our team and skillfully configure, support, maintain, and improve our Salesforce platform.

In Short

• Fully remote position in the USA.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator required.
• Salesforce certifications required: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud required.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proactive support of existing and future Salesforce configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and enhance Salesforce.
• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certification Required.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dynamic desire to improve upon the end user’s experience.
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud a plus.
• Previous experience with managed packages and integrations preferred.
