Overview

Eventbrite is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a highly visible team that serves as the backbone for the revenue engine, supporting the company's growth through effective technology strategy and solutions.

In Short

Join a collaborative team focused on optimizing Salesforce and GTM tools.
Manage user and license administration in Salesforce.
Implement Salesforce configuration changes and manage integrations with third-party tools.
Drive platform governance and assist with change management.
Maintain data quality and perform proactive system maintenance.
Contribute to the platform roadmap and prioritize tasks with stakeholders.
Support QA and User Acceptance Testing.
Stay updated with Salesforce features and community.
Excellent communication skills are essential for translating technical information.
5+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce platform required.

Requirements

Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and connected apps.
Strong knowledge of Lightning interface and Flow Automation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of business analysis and process documentation.
Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with other GTM tools (HubSpot, Groove, etc.) is a plus.
Resourceful and self-motivated in a team environment.
Bonus points for additional Salesforce certifications.
