Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining vendor records, ensuring compliance with state sales tax requirements, and assisting with various finance projects as needed.

In Short

• Enter and process weekly Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Set up and maintain vendor records, including requesting and collecting W-9 forms
• Prepare and submit monthly sales tax filings per state requirements and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for Accounts Payable/vendor management
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, vendor accounts, or tax submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address inquiries timely
• Support Finance team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
