In Short

  • Accountable for retention, growth, and overall success of assigned book of business.
  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for your book of business.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer growth.
  • Build Success Plans for customers and nurture them towards those plans.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Act as the “Voice of Customer” for ongoing product development.
  • Become an expert at demonstrating the value of Later’s products and services.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in strategic account management or customer success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Proven success at building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
