As a digital pet insurance provider, we offer coverage for dog and cat owners in case of emergencies, along with a completely digital processing experience. Our goal is also to reduce illnesses and injuries in pets and promote knowledge on proper care for dogs and cats.

In Short

• You will be the point of contact for our customers regarding our insurance offerings.
• Your focus is to provide first-class service and ensure high customer satisfaction at all times.
• You will handle veterinary invoices regarding reimbursement.
• You will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• You will assist pet owners in understanding our insurance terms and benefits clearly.
• You will work closely with internal teams to improve customer experiences and processes.
• You will maintain documentation in our systems for smooth operations.

Requirements

• You have prior experience in customer consulting or in a customer-oriented role.
• You possess fluent German language skills and basic English skills for communication with the international team.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are structured and detail-oriented in your work approach.
• You can multitask effectively, advising customers while supporting projects.
• You are curious and motivated to learn new things.
• You are flexible and practical, thriving in a dynamic environment.
