Working Student (m/f/d) Customer Care - Remote

Overview

We are a rapidly growing start-up in the PetTech sector with the mission to transform pet health. Our goal is to reduce diseases and injuries in pets and promote knowledge about proper pet care. We are an experienced, ambitious founding team with a unique product and the chance to become the central platform around pets.

In Short

• You will communicate with our customers and address their wishes and questions (via chat, email, and phone).
• You will assist in creating process descriptions and guidelines.
• You will gather customer feedback and share it with other teams.
• Based on customer feedback, you will contribute ideas on how to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

• You are enrolled as a student and have at least 2 semesters left in your studies.
• You speak German at a native level; being able to communicate in English is a plus but not a must.
• You are empathetic, have a positive demeanor, and are strong in communication.
• You have a passion for pets (dogs and cats) and can empathize with our customers (pet owners).
• You work self-organized and are an absolute team player.
