Senior UX Designer - Remote

In Short

• Looking for adaptable designers who learn quickly and communicate clearly.
• Work closely with software developers to create and revise software interface designs.
• Complete all steps in the product design process from conceptualization to usability reviews.
• Conduct user interviews and lead focus groups.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Develop mockups, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Maintain a consistent design system.
• Conduct usability reviews to validate designs.
• Apply unique perspectives to uncover novel solutions.
• Experience with A/B and User Testing Models.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years working in the field of UX/UI.
• BA/BS or training in Design or related fields.
• Self-starter who collaborates deeply with teams.
• Experience with releasing products for SaaS solutions.
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of human-centered design principles.
