Language Quality & AI Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Language Quality & AI Specialist will own and operate language quality processes across projects and technologies, working closely with the Global Head of Language Talent on quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

In Short

• Evaluate linguistic quality using established frameworks and standards.
• Manage and assess client and internal feedback cases.
• Design and improve validation and evaluation workflows.
• Support a risk-based quality approach.
• Prepare structured quality analyses and feedback reports.
• Act as a language quality point of reference for key clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Global language awareness and competency in localization.
• Linguistic education in Translation or Linguistic studies.
• 3+ years of experience in language quality ownership.
• Knowledge of language technology and AI-assisted production.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and set priorities.
• High attention to detail and consistency in quality assessment.
