In Short

• Be the first point of contact for all incoming technical support questions.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues.
• Accurately triage, route, and escalate tickets.
• Assist with incident response and support communication workflows.
• Work with technical writing team to document solutions.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with peers in a customer-first team environment.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Linux, preferably Ubuntu.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Familiarity with GPU hardware or workloads.
