Overview

Lamark Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager, Operations to serve as the agency’s primary Workfront Administrator and process traffic controller. This person will ensure adoption, consistency, and discipline across our workflow systems and processes.

In Short

• Serve as the primary System Administrator for Adobe Workfront.
• Drive platform adoption by creating and maintaining training materials.
• Monitor and reinforce adherence to project timelines and task dependencies.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the process.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive Workfront-related initiatives.
• Assist with operational change management initiatives.
• Support the implementation of tools and workflows across departments.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable leading training sessions and supporting user adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or traffic/resource management.
• Experience as a Workfront System Administrator.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and cross-functional workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable leading process training sessions.
• Certified Workfront Administrator a plus.
