Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between customers, the sales team, and production, ensuring timely and professional communication.

In Short

• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Enter orders into the ERP system (Sage).
• Maintain knowledge of product technical/performance aspects.
• Support a paperless filing system.
• Process RGA requests in the computer system.
• Perform various administrative duties as needed.
• Complete tasks timely and take initiative.

• Be proficient in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Requirements

• Experience in data entry and customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
