The Coding Analyst provides expertise in healthcare coding and classification systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy in service documentation and claims processing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in medical coding systems (CPT, HCPCS).
• Certification from AAPC or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare coding.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid programs is a plus.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of managed care operations preferred.
• Current driver's license and insurance required.
