Performance Marketing Manager - E-commerce - Remote

Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media for our DTC business, driving profitable customer acquisition and lifetime value.

In Short

• Build and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy.
• Manage forecasting, pacing, and daily optimizations.
• Own account structure, bidding, audience strategy, and budget allocation.
• Lead creative testing loops and iterate with the creative team.
• Oversee product feed health and merchandising.
• Implement rigorous measurement and maintain clean tracking.
• Build weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights.
• Partner with Lifecycle/CRO to align paid acquisition with onsite conversion.
• Monitor competition and proactively identify new channels to test.
• Manage agencies or freelancers as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, particularly in E-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve CAC/ROAS targets.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Strong communication skills to report insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with managing creative teams and agencies.
• Familiarity with tracking tools and measurement techniques.
