Game Server Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented person for the role of Game Server Developer to join our team and continue to the creation of engaging and high-performance casino games. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building the backend logic that powers our games while ensuring optimal performance, clean code, reliability and scalability are preserved.

In Short

• Ensure Security and Compliance – Implement secured and bug free code, prevent fraud, and comply with iGaming regulations.
• Implementing Game Server Logic - Work together in a group, to create a fully working game.
• Troubleshoot and Debug – Identify and resolve server issues, optimizing for performance and reliability.
• Be a part of something bigger - Take part in designing and planning meetings.
• Taking care of the correctness of the game - Create Unit Tests and run simulations.
• Collaborate with Mathematicians and Client Developers to develop game logic.
• Maintain code quality through clean coding practices.
• Calculate Return to Player (RTP) metrics and optimize game performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Game Server Framework.
• Experience the full cycle of creation.

Requirements

• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines; or relevant professional experience.
• Self-motivated and proactive with decision-making based on product priorities.
• Good knowledge of source code management systems (Git, SVN etc.).
• Experience in Java and Go (must have).
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Professional experience with Statically Typing and Multi-paradigm languages.
• Ability to write clean, readable and performant code.
• Knowledge of coding patterns.
• Good debugging and optimization skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
