Lead, Government Compliance - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Lead is responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analysis, audit support, and other special projects within the Government Compliance function.

In Short

• Business System review, support, and improvement
• Prepare incurred cost claims for the Defense Communications operating segment
• Support the preparation of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals
• Support the preparation of Disclosure Statement updates and revisions
• Support various DCAA audits
• Assist with ad hoc requests/analysis and special projects regarding Compliance issues
• Reviews, researches, analyzes and resolves issues raised by government auditors
• Conducts training sessions for employees
• Develop and maintain a positive rapport with government oversight personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 9+ years of experience in compliance, program finance, accounting, or financial planning
• 8+ years’ experience with FAR and CAS
• 8+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office
