In Short

• Kyo’s BCBAs create customized treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize assessments and technology to measure outcomes.
• Receive 1:1 mentorship and collaborate with clinicians nationwide.
• Position requires travel to home region for in-person services.
• Work primarily via telehealth.
• Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
• Conduct observations and assessments in various settings.
• Design and deliver training to parents and staff.
• Manage a caseload of clients.

Requirements

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm.
• Must be located in California.
• Willing to travel for in-person services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding operational skills.
• Strong internet connection for telehealth services.
