Overview

Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Product Designer (Web) to enhance a high-traffic website by creating responsive experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms, working within a cross-functional product team to influence product design through evidence-based methods.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a UX/UI design role.
• Strong experience in designing responsive web interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with design systems.
• Understanding of product design processes.
• Strong Service Design mindset.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Basic understanding of web accessibility and constraints.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Intermediate English proficiency and fluent Ukrainian.
• Foundational understanding of Customer Development is a plus.
