We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team, bringing experience and a desire to build trust with teams and be a true partner for the business.

In Short

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment from clarifying hiring needs to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with technical leads and hiring managers.
• Utilize classical and alternative sourcing methods.
• Analyze recruitment funnel effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain candidate database and update information in the ATS.
• Participate in internal audit initiatives to enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, focusing on Data Engineering, Data Science, and Big Data roles.
• Successful experience in closing Middle and Senior level vacancies, including complex technical positions.
• Theoretical understanding and practical application of various interview techniques.
• Courage to test new approaches in candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with ATS.
