Treasury Analyst, ALM - Remote

Overview

The Treasury Analyst, ALM will play a crucial role in managing financial risk for Kraken, enhancing balance sheet analytics and reporting, and collaborating across business lines.

• Develop and maintain management reporting for balance sheet analytics and risk.
• Create liquidity stress tests and models.
• Integrate cash flow and liquidity reporting.
• Enhance liquidity and ALM reporting.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups.
• Assist in Committee and Board presentations.
• Conduct counterparty due diligence and onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Advanced knowledge of data structures and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, SQL, R, Python, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and statistical modeling.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Self-starter with proactive communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
