As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling Kraken’s Earn products, including staking and stablecoin support.

• Support the Earn Core pod, focusing on staking and stablecoin enablement
• Drive operational processes related to staking asset additions and integrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Ops experience
• Experience with passive income generating financial products
• Solution oriented and proactive self-starter
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills
