  • Deliver measurable value to customers.
  • Help customers build better products.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years selling into the Enterprise segment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience engaging with product leaders.
  • Strong prospecting and account planning skills.
  • Consultative approach to sales.
  • Effective communicator with executive presence.
  • Passionate about Airtable’s mission.
  • Scrappy and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to partner with business leaders and executives.
