• Teach and support product teams on reliability best practices.

• Be hands-on with code and infrastructure for reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Great communication skills with developers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in AWS and various AWS services.
• Strong Python skills, especially with Django and Celery.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly Amazon EKS.
• Familiarity with Datadog or similar logging tools.
• Experience with messaging queues like RabbitMQ.
• Proficient in Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with Linux distributions.
• Experience working in small, autonomous teams.
