Requirements

• Comfortable taking ownership of high-impact features while collaborating with peers.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from feedback to iterate on designs.
• Data-informed approach to design decisions balancing user insights and technical feasibility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage priorities.
• Familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.
• Experience in designing trading products is a plus.
