Senior Marketing Specialist - MarTech - Remote

Overview

The Senior Marketing Specialist - MarTech will support and maintain Kraken’s marketing technology stack, ensuring effective use and continual improvement of marketing tools and systems.

In Short

• Support day-to-day operations of key MarTech tools.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and process playbooks.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders for platform configurations.
• Ensure compliance with governance practices across tools.
• Support campaign tracking and measurement needs.
• Contribute to QA and troubleshooting for MarTech platforms.
• Participate in evaluations of new MarTech tools.
• Stay informed about marketing best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Email Service Providers.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Experience with customer data platforms.
• Knowledgeable in SQL and HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of digital campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Interest in crypto and willingness to learn about Kraken's products.
