Overview

As a fully remote company, Kraken is seeking a Sales and Revenue Operations Supervisor to elevate our global sales team by delivering the tools, processes, and insights they need to succeed.

In Short

• Drive core sales operations processes that enhance team productivity and revenue performance.
• Optimize our use of HubSpot and other sales tools.
• Improve sales reporting and analytics using AWS QuickSight and CRM data.
• Supervise and mentor a team of analysts.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product.
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM).
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and build dashboards.
• Experience streamlining sales workflows and implementing scalable processes.
• Effective people leadership and strong communication skills.
• Passion about the cryptocurrency world.
