Head of Dealing - Remote

Overview

As the Head of Dealing, you will be instrumental in establishing and growing our dealing on account permission products, ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations while driving business growth.

In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of the overall dealing on account product strategy, roadmap, and business plan
• Oversee the design and execution of derivative contracts, ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations and MiFID II requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and business requirements
• Manage the relationship with CySEC for compliance
• Oversee risk management strategies for derivative contracts
• Maintain Key Information Documents (KIDs) for derivative contracts
• Lead the development of internal policies related to dealing activities
• Monitor market trends for product enhancement opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for product promotion
• Participate in regulatory audits and examinations

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior role within derivatives trading
• In-depth knowledge of CySEC regulations
• Experience working within a MiFID II regulated firm
• Experience with Total Return Swaps and leveraged financial instruments
• CySEC Advanced certification
• Strong understanding of risk management principles
• Experience in cryptocurrency markets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling for derivative products
