Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will support KRÜSS’ commercial operations and ensure a seamless customer experience across the entire customer journey, focusing on the UK market and EMEA distributor network.

In Short

Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and manage quotations for instruments and service-related offerings.
Support administration of service activities and coordinate service requests.
Maintain customer and distributor records in CRM and ERP systems.
Prepare commercial documentation for supplier onboarding and customer registrations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience in B2B customer support or Inside Sales.
Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics and ABAS.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in quotations and orders.
Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive in an international environment.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
