Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will support KRÜSS’ commercial operations and ensure a seamless customer experience across the entire customer journey, focusing on the UK market and EMEA distributor network.

In Short

  • Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare and manage quotations for instruments and service-related offerings.
  • Support administration of service activities and coordinate service requests.
  • Maintain customer and distributor records in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Prepare commercial documentation for supplier onboarding and customer registrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience in B2B customer support or Inside Sales.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics and ABAS.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in quotations and orders.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
