Financial Associate - Content - Remote

Overview

The Financial Associate will provide overall financial support for purchasing and procurement activities in the content division, working closely with the Accounts Payable department and vendors to facilitate payment.

In Short

• Support the procurement process for assigned departments.
• Create purchase requisitions as needed.
• Send approved Purchase Orders to vendors.
• Collect documentation for received goods and services.
• Process invoices ensuring they are correct and approved.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of corporate card transactions.
• Source and purchase necessary production/office supplies.
• Assist clients with expense reports and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with Independent Contractors on payments.
• Assist FP&A team with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
