Product Manager Accounting (m/f/d) - Remote

We are looking for you as a Product Manager (m/f/d) Accounting to support our product team.

In Short

• Gather, analyze, and define requirements for our internal accounting and billing system.
• Create User Acceptance Criteria (UACs) and ensure clean implementation in development.
• Work closely with our accounting team to document and further develop existing and new workflows.
• Prioritize requirements and coordinate with our IT development teams.
• Stay legally updated (HGB, tax laws, GoBD, SGB V/XI) and consider this in process and software design.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge in accounting – ideally, you have worked in finance or payroll accounting.
• Experience in project management, ideally in digitalization or software projects.
• Technical affinity and basic understanding of software architectures and interfaces.
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
• You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and communicate clearly and solution-oriented.
