The Team Manager Packet Switched Core leads the management and innovation of KPN’s mobile packet core network, serving approximately 20 million mobile customers and IoT devices daily, contributing to the digital transformation of the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Experience as a line manager in a technical environment.
• Strong leadership skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience in building and managing telecom networks.
• A people-first approach to team management.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps is a plus.
