Overview

The Consultant works collaboratively with colleagues on challenging and complex issues in the public sector, focusing on societal impact and strategic development.

In Short

• Research and map the societal impact of proposed policy choices.
• Support the establishment of a future-proof public organization.
• Assist in developing and realizing the strategy of an executing organization.
• Contribute to major transitions, such as sustainable mobility in the Netherlands.
• Set up and implement new regulations for ministries or large organizations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and document outcomes.

Requirements

• Drive to make societal impact in the public sector.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Affinity for consultancy or advisory work.
• Focus on personal and professional development.
• No to a few years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch as all assignments are conducted in Dutch.
• A completed Master's degree with good results.
