In Short

• Customizing, introduction, and expansion of functionalities in the areas of CO and PS.
• Support of application operations in R3 and S/4 HANA in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Continuous development and optimization of existing solutions for business processes, add-ons, and subsystems in CO and PS.
• Ensuring effective E2E processes in CO and PS with adjacent modules.
• Identification and formulation of improvement potentials.
• Partial responsibility for the rollout of S/4HANA with the strategic transformation of group companies from R3 to S/4HANA.
• Creation of process documentation, training materials, and participation in training key users.
• Consultation on future SAP developments and collaboration with international key users.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Many years of experience in SAP implementation and/or development projects, complemented by leading global project teams and managing external service providers.
• In-depth expertise in customizing and developing the SAP CO and PS modules in R3 and S/4HANA, along with knowledge of adjacent modules like MM, SD, FI.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP for supporting customer-specific solutions, user-exits, etc.
• High level of SAP integration knowledge and interface knowledge to adjacent modules.
• Comprehensive process understanding in project business/project controlling.
• Professional experience in international corporate structures, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Experience in leading global project teams and managing external service providers.
• Very good German and English language skills.
