• Independent representation of purchasing in cross-functional project teams.
• Central interface between project teams and the purchasing organization.
• Responsible for project management tasks focusing on procurement activities.
• Accountability for all components in the project from acquisition to series launch.
• Ensuring early involvement of purchasing in the product development process.
• Requests, cost analyses, negotiations, and assignments to suppliers.
• Participation in product cost teams to optimize purchasing prices.
• Monitoring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets in the project.

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification.
• Project management knowledge and skills required.
• Several years of experience in purchasing desirable.
• Analytical skills and technical understanding of complex components.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
