Financial/Plant Controller - Remote

Overview

The Financial/Plant Controller will be responsible for cost calculation, budgeting, and financial analysis to support the company's growth strategy and ensure efficient financial management.

In Short

• Cost calculation of goods sold and preparation of budgets.
• Analysis of deviations in actual versus planned costs.
• Actual cost calculation for raw materials and products.
• Preparation of management reporting packages.
• Cost calculation for new products and selling prices.

• Month end closing procedures in controlling.
• Preparation of audit responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position in international companies.
• Good knowledge of financial standards and controlling tools.
• Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented work attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time and set priorities.
• Proactive and willing to learn quickly.
• English proficiency - minimum B2 level.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
