• Maintenance of over 1,000 CATIA and Siemens NX systems.
• Regular system updates and upgrades to ensure system security.
• Provision and maintenance of plug-ins and third-party tools.
• Programming and customization of system tools to support CAD requirements.
• Collaboration with departments to improve CAD application efficiency.
• Support in implementing and optimizing CAD processes and workflows.
• Technical support for users of CATIA and Siemens NX.
• Conducting error analysis and resolution in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements.
• Ensuring smooth operation of CAD systems and related applications.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable background.
• Additional qualifications in CAD software (e.g., CATIA or Siemens NX certifications) are advantageous.
• Solid knowledge in the implementation and maintenance of CAD systems.
• Several years of experience in programming and customizing CAD applications.
• Knowledge in using and integrating plug-ins and third-party tools.
• Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support for CAD users.
• Ideally experience in the automotive or machinery industry.
• Very good German and English language skills.
