Overview

This is an individual contributor role for a Workday Pro Consultant - Compensation, focused on building and maintaining an employee-centric HRIS platform to support a fast-growing company.

In Short

• Workday Pro Certified in Compensation/Advance Compensation (Mandatory).
• Provide expertise in the implementation of Workday's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules.
• Configure compensation eligibility and rules across 25+ countries.
• Ensure the accuracy of compensation data and approval processes.
• Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance user experience for HR transactions.
• Develop training and user guides for HRIS systems.
• Assist with compensation reporting and audits.
• Work in a global environment with diverse teams.
• Influence ongoing innovation of people experience and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday.
• Certification as Workday Pro for HCM and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience in Benefits, HCM, and Reporting is a plus.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
• Experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance.
• Participation in full HR Tech implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Open to working under North American time zones.
