Senior Sales Sourcer - EMEA & APAC (6 Month FTC) - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of International Talent for GTM and be the go-to person for filling the sales candidate funnel, working closely with our Sales Recruiters.

In Short

• Support the recruiting team by generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates for sales roles across EMEA & APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals.
• Create and execute effective sourcing strategies to find top talent.
• Engage, screen, and schedule candidate meetings.
• Provide a first-class recruiting experience for candidates.
• Be a subject matter expert and provide insights to hiring managers.
• Manage incoming applications and referrals.
• Build your own candidate pipeline via outbound sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role focused on sales, ideally within a tech company.
