In Short

  • Develop and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support third-party risk management and due diligence review of vendors.
  • Guide team members in vendor- and contracts-related decisions.
  • Utilize understanding of business operations for contract negotiations.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors for favorable terms.
  • Support legal team’s review and negotiation of contracts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Fast learner, proactive, strong work ethic, organized.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of tech tools/SaaS.
  • Experience in a tech or startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • General understanding of legal implications in procurement.
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management is a plus.
