Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a complex engineering environment.
• Strong technical background in software development, robotics, or systems engineering.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale technical projects.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Ability to break down complex problems and drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
