In Short

  • Manage and engage with the community, volunteers, and teams via chat, forums, and support.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives for community management and product development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance community satisfaction and member retention.
  • Act as a liaison between members and product development.
  • Organize events, community actions, and meetups.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with native-level German proficiency.
  • Socially aware and empathetic towards others.
  • Resilient and calm in challenging situations or conflicts.
  • Experience in community management or leadership of communities/groups is a plus.
  • Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented with proactive contributions.
  • Reliable team player who can convey company decisions to the community.
  • Flexible with scheduling, including occasional evening or weekend meetings.
  • Open and friendly character that enriches the team.
  • Service-oriented and able to balance member needs with business requirements.
  • Willingness to support members outside of regular working hours.
