Overview

As a Patient Experience Coordinator at knownwell, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and information regarding our weight-inclusive healthcare services.

In Short

  • Handle incoming and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service with empathy and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Work within the hours of operation: 8:00am – 5:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record software.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with EHR systems, preferably Athena.
